You are going to spend a hot summer in a small apartment with your crush, the mommy (MILF) Rei, the daughter (Sora) who always has something to say and then an old man that claims to be your grandfather that showed up out of nowhere. As you sit in your little room you will see the smelly and shameless stranger “comfort” lonely Rei and barter with Sora to get video games from her. However, Sora can see right through him, yet she goes along with him at her own pace. Each decision you make for Haruto will influence how far the betrayal goes, how deep the betrayal will go, and whether or not Haruto or someone else will inherit the house and/or the women in the house.
