Regret Island is a non-linear horror RPG (role-playing game), adult-oriented with certain aspects of dating simulation games and visual novels.
It consists of a number of different routes through which players can solve problems differently.
Some characters may die forever, while others may end up going insane.
To be successful in overcoming these obstacles, players will have to manage both their own and everyone else’s lust and insanity.
The plot revolves around a family and a number of their friends as they take an overseas vacation, stopping at a deserted island for a single day, before continuing on their journey.
The family and friends begin to explore the beautiful island, but soon discover some very dark secrets; as various memories and feelings come flooding back to them, their fun-filled day turns into an absolute nightmare.
