LittleMed – Alternative Shemevolution v0.5.0 (Futa/Trans protagonist)

What would have happened if the sexual revolution had taken a different route? What if it had been more extreme, shifting ideas of masculinity and femininity earlier? The world is now in 2032, so what does it look like? Or doesn’t it?

Instead of creating new genders, humanity is working to erase the lines between the roles of men and women. Medicine has seen incredible advances in its ability to provide gender reassignment surgery. In the story, the main character is a college professor who is a trans woman who is happy with her job, respected by her peers, and has a boyfriend who provides her with emotional support. She has a good life until unforeseen events change everything.

The main focus of the game is on the following content (in order of priority): trans on femboy, trans on female, trans on trans.
