The PARE Program (Punishment and Reward Exchange) has been established by the school’s anonymous benefactors and is a method of controlling student behavior through a preplanned system of rewards and penalties relative to academic achievement, degree of conformity to accepted standards for conduct, and acceptance by school administrators.
