An urban tale warns that anyone viewing an online video message will perish in three days… When the main character watches the cursed video, they soon begin to have unusual events happen to them like TVs turning on by themselves, phones ringing at midnight, etc. The cursed video also causes them to encounter the legendary evil entity known as Saya-sama. ​

The entity is very strong and dangerous and can steal one’s life force with just its touch. However, as the days pass, the initial fear of Saya changes to curiosity and attraction as a potential romantic interest. The ultimate question is… Will Saya kill the viewer or will the viewer be able to seduce Saya through a sexual contest?​
